International School of Medicine THE INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF KYRGYZSTAN (IUK) was created in March 1993 by a decree of the President of Kyrgyz Republic that gave the University a status of international higher education institution. The founders of IUK are the Ministry of culture and education, National Academy of Sciences, and San Francisco State University.
